Bennett and Bulldogs overpower Ephrata, 63-44

ELLENSBURG, WA — The Ellensburg Boys Basketball team secured a steady 63-44 victory over the Ephrata Tigers on Friday night, relying on a balanced offensive attack and a dominant performance from forward Will Bennett.

The Bulldogs established control early, holding Ephrata to just 6 points in the first quarter while building a lead they would never relinquish. Ellensburg remained consistent throughout the contest, winning every single quarter on the scoreboard.

For Ephrata, Brady Hedrick (#12) was a one-man wrecking crew. He scored a game-high 24 points—accounting for more than half of his team’s total offense—but the Tigers couldn’t find enough secondary scoring to keep pace with the Bulldogs.
